·         Generally, the longer the machine, the stronger the PU Textile Printing Blanket will have to be.

 

·         For Non-Double Servo Drive Rubber Textile Printing Blanket is better.

 

 2. Thickness of the Textile Printing blanket? 

 

·         If the machine is Double Servo Drive operated then any thickness is okay. Standard thickness for PU Printing Blanket for Double Servo is 2.15mm.

 

·         For Non-Double Servo thickness is generally 2.6 to 2.8mm, depending on the machine.

  1. Operation of the machine / Thickness of the Textile Printing Blanket ? 

 

·         Is the machine mechanically operated or Servo Drive operated?

 

·         If the machine is mechanically operated, then the thickness of the blanket should be exact as per the manufacturer specification. Otherwise, the Textile Printing Blanket won't work.

 

·         If the machine is servo drive operated, then any thickness is okay.
